In the TinyMCE settings, I have a rather light profile for "Toolbar in the Frontend" ("Einstellungen für die Werkzeugleiste auf der Webseite"), using only minimal options.
But when a FEU user logs in to change his settings, the wysiwyg editor shows all available options, which is really bad, since it gives them options they really should not use.
So how can I make these restriction apply?
Cheers,
Alex

Re: Frontendusers: How to restrict wysiwyg editor
This is plain [deleted] ... so here it is
:
Versions: CMSMS 1.11.9, FEU 1.22.3, TinyMCE 2.9.11
In "Extensions" - "TinyMCE"- "Profiles":
"Backend profile settings": THESE are the FRONTEND SETTINGS!
"Advanced backend profile settings": These are the backend settings ...
"Frontend profile settings" have no influence at all (regarding FEU), in fact I deleted them ...
In order to check the FEU user form, you have to LOG OUT of the backend and LOG IN into FEU. Otherwise, the "Advanced backend profile settings" apply, and you won't see any changes. Obviously, FEU does not differentiate between FEU users and backend users ...
Have Fun!
