Page inside a page posible? Content inside content?

Hello,

Ive been looking for this a long time and dont know if it is possible or how it is called.

Is possible to put a page inside a page?
Sometimes i make a page and find it easy to set the page'also on another page to refill. And don't want to do it with a block

So i make a page rent-audio.
and i want it also been shown on rent or on another page?

Why?? easy so i dont have to update everypage?
Why dont i want to use html block. i'm losing my mind with al the html blocks i already have and the switching

So my questions! Is it possible and how?

Have you tried ContentAliases module or Toolbox module or ContentDump plugin?

They have all functionalities to load other pages.

ok so i solved the first problem


what i understand is that content alias isnt what i meant it is only for duplicating and reverring to a new html page with exactly the same content.

It is handy if you want more menu links point with the same content on another domain.com/page.html with the content from another page... can not add more to it so it is different.

i tried..... toolbox...... wow dont know whats that al the codes and thing.

The page rent-audio will also shown in the page rent-all. Like this {content load="rent-audio"} {content load="rent-video"}
and so on! and the pages will be shown underneath echother on page rent all cos there pointing to the pages with this {content load="rent-audio"} {content load="rent-video"}?

The answer to what you want is in Rolf's post. To be more precise you need to install the CGSimpleSmarty module. Read the blog page carefully. Read CGSimpleSmarty help carefully. There is a tag from this module that allows you to do precisely what you are asking.

Toolbox does the same like CGSimpleSmarty and a lot more . Commands are similar.

Are you sure you want this to be pages? And not a kind of list-items with categories etc.

Both would be usefull.

Now im using html block and then i put it in al the places where i want it.

But sometimes i want also a page that i already made inside of it.
So both would be usefull.

If you go to www.feestfamilie.nl/
And go over DIENSTEN and then alle Entertainers
Then you can click on all entertainers and see all of the entertainers.
If you want to choose for the adult you go for VOOR OUDEREN the other one is for the younger.

So there are artist that are capible to be funny for young and old and promote them there again

Never used cgsimple smarty. It is a bit to advanced for me.

It looked way to advanced already for me. CGSimpleSmarty 1.5.1 is already on it.

Can u get me a bit in the right direction? Which one i need to reed. I can not read verry whel. (dyslection) so if i try sometimes to read and understand im getting dissie.

and if i know where to look for i can concentrate me only on that part. Thanks already. Sorry Rolf was confussed looked really like a template with more content boxes that what i thought.

Maybe an advise what you would recomend? for ussing on my page.

I have already a site like magenta.
That would be usefull only i do not do transactions with it. so there is no need to do a pay.

and i have 3 types of boxes a small one only the image. 2nd 50% box and a 100% box.

Still I think you should ListitExtended (LI2) module.

Every act is an item in LI2. Then attach it to categories and create pages that call all items from all categories and pages that call items from a specific category (or multiple categories).

But be warned: YOU have to set it up. It won't do it by itself. A little knowledge of Smarty is needed as well as the will to learn how LI2 works.
Once you understand it, you will probably see the (future) benefits.

Im going to look to ListitExtended and CGSimpleSmarty

if there is a way without HTML blocks to add the same content in another content Then CGsimpleSmarty will already be enough.

But i will look to it!

Maybe someone know a good tutorial to get it started with ListitExtended and CGSimpleSmarty if possible in dutch?
