(solved)Swith of wysiwyg editor in admin backend not working

Hi Folks.

Be4 i was used to switch of wysiwyg editor (tiny...) in website backend >> website admin >> global settings

I found it not taking any effect if i choose "none" in dropdown already in core 1.11.7 and hoped it would change in 1.11.9 but it doesn't.
Even a change in the default page language settings doesn't take any effect.

Who has any idea what goes wrong?

Found the error by myselfe. It's in this version in another tab.
