[SOLVED] CGExtensions problem

Post by burlington »

Running new 1.11.7 installation. Relevant Modules installed:

CGContentutils
CGExtensions
JQuery tools

At the top of 'Modules' installed I get the message:

file_get_contents(__DIR__/help.inc) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream:

ContentUtils does not work & I get the message:

Warning: require_once(__DIR__/class.cgextensions.tools.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/***/public_html/newsite/modules/CGExtensions/CGExtensions.module.php on line 215

I have uninstalled & deleted these modules & reinstalled but to no avail.

I would appreciate any ideas. Many thanks.

Martin

What php version do you have on the site?

All latest CG modules require PHP 5.3 as a minimum. You should consider upgrading as soon as possible (check your host on how to do this: most let you have a selective PHP version per domain or per script root).

Thanks everyone.

This is an older HTML site I am changing to CMSMS for a friend. I will get the host to upgrade. Didn't think of that!
