Change Frontend User logged in page

I want to display some text on the page once you have successfully logged in. At the moment, it displays:

Welcome <<username>>
Change setttings
Sign out

I'd like it to have some additional text (actually a UDT I've written) after the welcome paragraph. It may be that this may not be possible as there seem to be template options for all the other screens, but not this one. Unless I'm being blind.
