Complete e-commerce solution

Hi,

I´m looking for complete e-commerce solution, I need this functionality:

- discounts for product(s)/category(ies)/user group(s)
- - absolute (eg. 10€) & relative (eg. 5%)
- mass price change (change price for checkboxed products/categories or all products in chosen category/ies)
- - absolute & relative
- shipping & payments management (easy to manage shipping and payment options, incl. price)
- currency rates (it should be possible to set manually the currency rate for €, USD, GBP, ...)
- manage tax rates
- mass tax rate change


Do you have tip for modules? I´ve found two possibilities till now:
1) Products/Orders/Cart modules
2) *MadeSimple modules

Which one option is better from your view, why and what all modules I need for the functionality above?

Thanks for the summary, I´ve chosen Calguy´s solution with these modules:
- products
- orders
- cart
- FRTaxes
- Promotions

I´ve looked into and I don´t see following:
- mass change of product prices (checkboxed and/or in selected categories)
- own currency rates
- in FRTaxes I see fields for set the tax rate, but after Submit the form no action. In database there is no table for this fnctionality, how it works? http://i.tinyuploads.com/Eab12G.png
- absolute/relative discount will be in Pormotion module, I suppose (I don´t explore that yet).

What you are looking for is not there in CMSMS.

Have a look at Prestashop, OpenCart, XT-Commerce that might be what you are looking for.

I have build a 3 language Solution (ready made to copy) but you will miss a lot that you asked for.
