Quick Contact form

I am looking to add a quick contact form to my homepage. By this I mean a 2 or 3 field form the goes on the side of the page. I am new to CMSMS... Any help is greatly appreciated.

Formbuilder comes with a contact form

Can you do a mini size form like im talking about though? Or are you saying there is already one like that built in

Formbuilder comes with a very basic contact form: name, e-mail, textfield.
