After update CMS mail function broken

Hi all,

After a long search without an answer I hop you could help me.
I just recently updated 2 website of mine from 1.8.2 to 1.11.9 and from 1.11.5 to 1.11.9. On both sites de mail functionality is completly broken.

With the module FormBuilder I now get an error after submitting:
Could not instantiate mail function.

I don't understand why, because it al was working correctly.

Hopefully one of you guys can point me in the right direction?

You may need to check CMSMailer setting and send the test mail to make sure it is working, host may have changed something or ? ...

The settings haven't changed. But with multiple setups (even correct SMTP) the mail doesn't send.

This is tested on multiple servers. Localy and remote. where 1 is under own admin.

Only Formbuilder gives an error in the frontend.

Any errors in Site Admin -> Admin Log?

Sadly the only thing I see is: Form Builder send error: Could not instantiate mail function.

You may need to do a checksum to make sure all files made it to the server, don't worry if you removed the install folder and checksum shows errors with that...
