Simple three column

They're OK.  They feel a tad unfocused or unpolished - more like wireframes than finished works.

Could use more padding and margins around elements - it's borderline cluttered.

I downloaded ZIP file, Unziped it, It contain XML file..... How can I install this file to my CMSMS or how can I make my CMSMS into similar three column (eRealMedia.com)

Go in admin panel to ThemeManager. There you can import this xml file.

in the admin goto Layout » Theme Manager, second tab Import, clik the browse button, locate the .xml file on your computer,clik it and it will show up in the Upload Theme box, clik the Import button, everything will show up as theme:stylesheetname, and you will have a new folder in File Manager called Theme with all the other files that go with it... enjoy  :D
