hello. i've been using your system for a number of years. I recently upgraded my server account from Personal to Professional, and now the CMS interface I was familiar with has changed. I go now to Extentions>NMS and I can't Create New Message, Create New Job nor Process Job. So, what do I do?
Thank you.

You need to give more information about this upgrade, what version of CMSMS, system information, etc. else we really can't help you much...

I'm afraid I scarcely understand your answer - I'm not a strong computer user. The NMS version (if that's what you're after) is 1.0.2
I have no idea why something that did work perfectly is now impenetrable to me. I don't know where my mailing list has gone nor how to send messages to it, if it still exists. If you give me the most idiot-proof instructions I promise you I will test their proofing! It would also be helpful if you can give me directions, as it "top left of screen" because I have very limited vision and i can easily miss things.

Re: Newsletters Made Simple not so simple
think I found the CMSMS version. 1.1.1. ?
Re: Newsletters Made Simple not so simple
Ouch. If your CMSMS (CMS Made Simple) version really is 1.1.1 then it hasn't been updated since August 2007. You've been very lucky so far not to have issues.
Tell us more about the change "Personal to Professional" - what host is that? What did the change involve?
If there is a Site Admin -> System Information menu in your version, try to paste the info shown there.
I'm thinking you may need more help than can be gained on this forum.

Re: Newsletters Made Simple not so simple
NMS 1.0.2 and CMSMS 1.1.1 are from 2007, that's over 6 years old. A great deal has changed in linux, apache, php, CMSMS, and in the modules in 6 years.
My first guess (because we have no information to go by) is that your changing of hosting packages brought your install from an old server (PHP4 based) to a new server (PHP 5 based). And of course things have broken.
Unfortunately, getting things working again is beyond the scope of this forum. There have been alot of changes. You will need to contact somebody with the required skills, and probably pay them to get your site working again with the newer modules.

thank you all for your answers. I have passed your thoughts on to the guy who made my website and set me up with CMSMS in the first place. G ;{~
