1.11.8 - slower refresh of content update?

Hello,

I posted this on some other subforum but no answers there.

I don't know if it's something with my hosting or what... after installing 1.11.8 and having built a new site on it, it seems to me that changes in content are shown in front end with a few seconds of lag.

Is it 1.11.8 or my hosting? Anyone noticed that as well?

Styles work OK but the content, even if I immediately clean cache, refreshes after some seconds.
