[Solved]Calguys Smart Image Toolkit missing

Using 1.11.8 and CGSmartImage 1.12.1

After I upgraded from 1.11.7 and 1.12, the CalguysSmart Image Toolkit is not listed in Extensions.

Any idea how to retrieve it?

Clear the cache.
