Uploaded images not available in News post

Post by delve2013 »

After uploading images using the image manager, and then editing the images using the image editor inside CMSMS, I am unable to locate the edited and saved image when posting a news article. For some reason the WYSIWYG editor image uploader only shows original images that I uploaded to the image manager and not the edited ones.

Has anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this?

And the changed image *is* present in the same folder when you look with the filemanager?

Yes they are visible inside File Manager but they have no file extension. But I can view them if I click them.

No extensions? I wouldn't use image manager for anything and haven't for years, making image changes before uploading sounds like the best bet...
