CGCalendar: File cannot be uploaded due to error

What would the best way be to fix the bad install? I guess I can start over from scratch. I can put this site on a sandbox and then wipe the domain clean and start over with fresh everything, right? And just copy and paste all the pages and other content. Is there any other way to do it that is more efficient or less time-consuming?

This site has been through the wringer. Before I got it in 2007, it was running Drupal, but I did a fresh install back in the fall of 2007 and just copied the old Drupal content that I had preserved. But it's been using the same database since late 2007, running CMSMS.
