I am testing Calguy's Ecommerce modules using his step by step instructions. Strange thing is that the Orders Module and CGEcommerceBase Module don't appear under the respective headings.
I have cleared cache multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled each module. They show installed under the modules tab and in the Module Manager. They just don't appear in the admin menu.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Did you install them using FTP or using the Module manager? Did you install the dependent module CGExtensions?
Re: Orders & CGEcommerceBase don't appear after install
Installed using Module Manager. Uninstalled, removed and reinstalled. Yes, CGExtensions already installed with other modules.
Every module is the newest version too.

Very odd fix. I switched the admin from OneEleven to the Default. Saved the change. Logged out. Logged back in. Switched back to OneEleven since I didn't see any change.
When the screen refreshed, there was the ecommerce tab.
Everything works now.

Hi Rolf,
I had cleared cache at least 5 times before and after thinking that was it too. It's the first thing I do before adding modules or if expected content doesn't appear. Clearing the cache did nothing in this event.
