Integrate PayPal IPN with FEU

I have a list of paypal subscribers which I want to integrate with a new CMSMS site.

I was hoping to integrate PayPal IPN with the FEU module but am not sure how to approach this.

I have trawled the forums and noticed that developers have had a lot of trouble configuring this. Has anybody had any success??
