Page not found

Hi
Some weired things happend here. I published a website which I did with CMS made simple and it worked well for some weeks. When I checked the site this morning, the navigation and all links on the homepage won't work anymore. "Not found" The requested document was not found on this server is the error message I get.
The homepage is the only page I can access.
I checked the admin panel an the single pages are still here and preview is available. But the menu is not working. When using the back-button I get the following messages.

Would be great if someone can help, I don't know what to do anymore...

have you checked the CHMOD/permissions on your /tmp/cache folder/files :..
and maybe delete everything in those folders :..

I checked the permissions. They are fine.
My hosting provider added a page .htaccess with the content AcceptPathInfo On
Now it's working...
Seems that they were updating the server anyway.
