I've noticed that the YELP listings on Google display the star rating of a business, catching your eye immediately and taking away traffic from other search results.
Is there a module that would allow star ratings to be assigned to your web site?

I believe this site (CMSMS module reviews) uses CGFeedback module which has star ratings:
