Form Builder Issue

Hi Guys,

I'm using CMS Made Simple 1.5.3 "Arecibo" and Form Builder 0.5.2 and I was wondering is anyone getting any issues with the sent email? The client is receiving an the email below saying:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

I've removed the clients email address from the error.

Nothings changed on the site and I can send email to the address directly without any issues.

Hi,

You first need to upgrade your CMS and modules to the latest version. Without we can't help you I am afraid...

I don't think this is a cmsms/formbuilder issue.

This clearly is a message from a mailing system (smtp?).

There will be a reason it can not deliver but I guess form builder did it's job.
