CMSMS + Cloud Flare = Really Fast

One of the drawbacks of the upgrade to SMARTY3 engine has been the first page gen time on CMSMS has been slowed down a bit.

Because I host most of my sites on Rackspace Cloud Sites, the hosted database servers add even more latency to CMSMS pages (no fault of the CMS).

I have finally found a solution that gives my customers all the benefits of CMSMS but with very fast page load times. And it is free.

It is called Cloud Flare:

I highly recommend this free service for CMSMS sites to speed them up and also filter against attacks.

I have no connection to Cloud Flare, just happy with the service.
