new user :Out of memory in dropzone php

Hello,

in version 1.11.7 after creating a new user, I get now the following error message:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 936116224) (tried to allocate 23670 bytes) in /home/rvbliss/public_html/modules/FileManager/action.dropzone.php on line 54.

I would deactivate some of those older module which may not be set up for newer CMSMS, like babel, try one of the other admin themes like ncleangrey...

Other (already existing) admin users do not receiver that error message only the new administrators.
