Please see the above image of my admin panel, this is not coming properly, How to fix this? I do not have any idea about fixing this. I am using Version 1.11.5 - Puerto Ayora

You will need to show us your system info and some more info about your set up, it looks like the style sheet isn't getting the correct path...

Thanks for the reply, I have compared System Information with one more CMSMS website, which looks same, so I think problem is not with System info.

Can you let me know, how to check whether style-sheet is getting correct path or not?

It's still useful to see system info - whether or not it's the same as something else.

Have you recently upgraded? Changed admin theme? Try clearing CMSMS cache, in Site Admin -> System Maintenance.
