Show parent menutext in submenu's title

Show parent menutext in submenu's title

This is what I would like to do:

Menu structure example:

    Home
    Great RED Widgets
         What is it
         Why use it
    Great BLUE Widgets
          What is this
          Differences with RED widgets
    About Great Widget Co
    Contact

I would like to see something like "Great Widgets - What is it" as the title for a content page.

So, how does one get the Parentmenu text in a (submenu)content page or template? Have searched the forum and documentation, but did not find anything.
