Modify Uploads File FrontEndUsers

As far as I am aware it is not possible for FrontEndUsers to modify the files they upload, for example add a description at a later date. Am I wrong though? Love to hear a solution if I am.

Alternatively, would anyone be able to implement this feature? I only need to be able to modify the 'Summary' and 'Description' fields.
