main page blank after upgrade, but works with index.php

I upgraded from 1.11.4 to 1.11.5 and changed my PHP version from 5.2.17 to 5.3. Upgraded all modules. Cleared cache. The site works fine except for the main page. When I try to load http://fosterdogs.com/ I get a blank page. But if I go to http://fosterdogs.com/index.php or http://fosterdogs.com/home.html the page displays normally.

I turned on debug in the config but it doesn't show anything.
