Module Manager disappears after upgrade.

The place to talk about things that are related to CMS Made simple, but don't fit anywhere else.

Module Manager disappears after upgrade.

Post by starboard »

I've just upgraded to CMSMS 1.7 (slowing making my way through to upgrading to the latest version)

When I click on Modules, the Module Manager (version 1.5.5) appears in the drop down menu. When I click on Module Manager, it just takes me to a general CMSMS page and Module Manager disappears from the list again.

The URL it takes me to is: /index.php?sp_=38519e05

This also happens to News, Menu Manager, TinyMCE WYSIWYG and others. They only appear when I click on the 'Modules' page.

Any thoughts? Sorry if this is an obvious answer, I'm very rusty on CMSMS!

Sounds like a cache problem to me. Not sure where the setting to clear cache is in a system that old ;D but it will be something like Site Admin -> System Maintenance -> Clear cache. You should do that just after each upgrade.

System info would be nice, along with a list of installed modules...
