Global Content Block Update not Updating

Hi our customer mentioned there is a problem with a couple global blocks. I found simple changes like adding a hyphen or a letter weren't showing up.

I copied the entire content from the (TB-Home-Slideshow) content block and saved it in a notepad. I then wiped it out and submitted the block. That of all things worked. The slideshow was gone. So I copied all of the content back from the notepad into the content of the block and submitted.

Nothing shows up even though the entire code is in the content block.

Any ideas what is wrong? It's the exact same full content. I applied and submitted, I applied by itself. I submitted by itself. Nothing works. It doesn't show up again.
