FYI: PHP 5.3 now required for all of my modules.

Yes, this actually worked... I was able to clear the cache via CMSMS admin. The tech support guy also said this about the php.ini:

The problem was that the php was upgraded but the php.ini's that existed weren't removed.

both sites www.artelye.com and www.marylandgranite.com works fine.
