It's a little bit difficult to understand the admin theme but for stylesheet / colors please look here

admin/themes/default/css/style.css

If you wanna change some text please look at

admin/lang/en_US/admin.inc.php

or for non english languages

admin/lang/ext/your_language/admin.inc.php
