I have just received this from my host after th site went down:

Your website file richardvasey.co.uk/admin/themes/OneEleven/includes/jquery.cookie.min.js is having codes which can be used for malicious activity and hence causing troubles. You can contact your developer to modify page.
Your user will not be able to access the required page until that page is modified.

This ment the site was blacklisted. It happened after i upgraded to latest version yesterday.

I'm not sure if this is the correct board but if anyone can help
