Problem Moving a Sub Directory in Galleries?

Problem Moving a Sub Directory in Galleries?
I know that you can simply check the far right box, then at the lower right, click the drop down named "With Selected" and select the "Move To" function, then Apply. But, for some crazy reason, I have one sub, sub gallery, that doesn't have the drop down or apply button. All of the others have it. I don't get it. How can I move it w/o this? Better question is WHY isn't it showing up? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
