site doesn't work now and I dont think I changed anything

Now, instead of getting my nice site front page, when I go to index.php, I get this:

Any suggestions?

Clear your cache (system admin->global settings).

Thanks.  Does it clear cache automatically sometimes? I've noticed the problem comes and goes, at least now I know how to fix it.

It doesn't clear on it's own, but I'm contemplating putting in a way to clear the cache every so often.  I was (possibly still) having a similar issue on the cmsms.org site.
