Upgrade Fails 0.10.3 -> 0.13

Hi all,
I've performed the upgrade as per instructions. I copied all the files up over the existing files. Now I get a 404 Page can't be found error.
When I ran the uprade.php script it returned with a message saying "Site down for Maintenance".

Any idea's what to do now apart from reverting to my backup?

install/upgrade.php gave you "site down for maintenance"?  Or you went through the upgrade procedure and you still have the message after going back to index.php?

install/upgrade.php gave me a "site down for maintenance" message.
Then after baout 5min this just changed to a 404 error.
I've deleted the entire directory now and am restoring my backup.

Once that is done I'll try again...

Very strange indeed.  install/upgrade.php shouldn't even be looking at the file that causes that message.

I ran an upgrade from 0.11.2 to 0.13 and am facing the same problems.

Before upgrade I put the page into "down for maintainance", after running upgrade.php the side stucks wit a 404
