upgrade cms made simple from 1.8.2 to 1.11.4

We are going to upgrade cms made simple from 1.8.2 to 1.11.4

Currently we have the PHP version 5.3.15

Our host is going to upgrade to the version to 5.4.10 on Feb last week

So while doing upgrade this shows below warning. Will this cause any issue.
