I've just done a clean install of CMSMS 1.11.4 and everything works fine on my local installation on a WAMP server. However when I deploy the site and the files onto a production server anything between the <head></head> tags on the homepage of the site disappears and as a result no .JS or .CSS is executed.
Every other page on the site is fine. I've checked the homepage template and it's perfectly fine. And just to make sure, I copied another pages template and used it for the homepage and again, I get the same problem.
I have noticed however if I remove CGBlog, Tweet Made Simple, or any other added-on modules the site works fine. However this is not the case on the local WAMP server, where everything works fine.
Any ideas or solutions?
