1.8.2 Cant do upgrade cant make anything work. Breaks down.

not correctly maybe moved to another server. All i did was moved all files & db and changing config.
Now wanted upgrade and whatever version i do that its making one move forwardshash. and no links working.
Check how looks test upgrade to 1.11.2.1-full in "http://arhitekti.ru/1/ dont worry about phishing error i got that couse used free dns witch added some bad subdomains and i didnt knew about them. Im not using that free dns.

Also in admin pages dont show their names.

If you move a site and have problems you can upload the install folder from that version of CMSMS then run install and on

STEP 5 DON'T CREATE TABLES OR INSTALL DEFAULT CONTENT

this will fix any path problems etc...
