Hourly Support/Dev Needed

I've got a 1.10.3 installation, http://www.LangsfordCenter.com It's a fairly simple system. I need someone who can do work on an hourly basis. Work may include, version upgrades, CCS/Layout work, adding modules, module logic work.

Current work to do;
1. Add CHAT functionality.
2. Add logic to a Formbuilder (0.7.3) form whereby a distinct sub-page would be the Result/landing page based on the users selection of a field drop down box. This would be to capture google adword conversion metrics.
