Cannot remove page from menu

Hi, having some issues removing a page from my navigation menu. In the content > Pages > Page I un-ticked "show in menu" but the page was still there, so I deleted the page entirely but it is still showing in my menu and now it creates a 404 error.

How can I remove it?

Hi, how do you clear the websitebuffer? I've cleared the cache via Site Admin > Global Settings > Advanced Setup and that hasnt changed anything.

I've refreshed and cleared my browser cache, so thats not the issue.

It would be good to know your Page Template, as if clearing cache or browser cache doesn't help then could it be possible that menu links in your Template are simply hardcoded?
