Ajaxify NMS sign up form

Hello, I need help adding ajax to my NMS form. Seemed simple for me to do at first, (and I learned a lot) - but to no avail. The site is: http://www.hairologie.com. Fill out the form and you'll see how the form refreshes the browser.

Please let me know your rate, I'm ready to go in this ASAP.
