Add news date year in old version

I run version 1.2.5 and cannot upgrade before the end of this year. However, I need to be able to set the date of 2013 when posting news. Please tell me where I can add years to the year drop down.

Ok, it was Modules --> News --> Templates --> editarticle.tpl
