A site I'm helping with is showing this code on any page that gets updated/added. It causes the page to throw a 404 error and was not put in by anyone with proper access. Any ideas where this might be coming from? And/or how to stop it? CMSMS v1.11.2.1.

Your website is probably hacked...

Please never post hacked code in the forum.
Google recognizes it as live code and shuts us down.
Make an image of it and post that instead
