don't receive email from NMS

hi

i'v have install the latest version 1.11.4 of cms made simple and version 2.7 from NMS.
Now when i start job to sending a newsletter. it start a job but it's not ending the job and i don't reveive a newsletter.
i can subcribe me to a newletter and i can confirm the subscribing for a newsletter. that part going be alright.
but why he's not ending his job and why i don't receive no newletter email??

Howcome this?? Where going it wrong. who can help me ?? i' have make one test subcribing i the newletter.
