FEU lost username form error

Hi,

I use cmsms 1.11.3 and frontendusers 1.21

The lost password form works fin but the "lost username" form generates the error "headers already sent".

Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/golfclub/www/tmp/templates_c/e47747a9d075f96463f3d893a106f66f740181e5.tpl_body.23.php:50) in /var/www/golfclub/www/index.php on line 293

updating to 1.11.4 didn't change anything. In addition to the warning, the layout of the page is "broken"

There is a new release of FEU, might be fixed

unfortunately it is not. I upgraded the module but still the same layout problem.

Did you make any changes in the lost username form in the FEU admin, how are you calling it, show us the {tag}...
