ImageGallery tag skips first img.?

looking at this page you will see that the title for the big images are one img. off...
second one has the first ones title...
how can i get it to read them right?
this is the line that it's getting called from... no matter how i try to rearrange this it still skips one...
if($type == "click") $output .= '' . "\n";
at first it wasn't giving any title, now .....

oh yea i was upgrading to .13 stable and lost some pages...
