broken images

Folks,
Using version 0.13.
All the images in my admin panel are all broken, and I cannot seem to show any images on my site. They either do not appera or are broken when they do.

Any ideas?

Is this from an upgrade?  Or a new install?

Looks like you have permissions issues on the images and uploads directories.  The web server can't read them.

http://eckankar-tx.org/uploads/images/H ... _small.jpg gives me a forbidden.
