Default language in admin

Hi everyone,
today I ran again some installation tests of CMSMS so I remind me that process. And I must say I wish I can set my language at the first screen of setup, so rest can be in my mother tongue. Is it possible? If so, please think about it. I am sure it can help many users especially them, who are older and from postcommunistic countries - like the one I live. One example is my father. He studied at university, but there he learnt only something from Russian. In past year he tried to learn some basics of English, but he was not succesful. It isn't easy, because it is completely different from slavic languages like czech and these studies must people do in their free time - nobody has enough.
