Admin panel menu not working

I updated CMS version to 1.11.3 from Isabela (I don't remember version number).
I got a caution: PHP version is 5.2.17 it told me that some third party modules may not work correctly. I also upgraded FrontEndUsers to 1.21 as well as SelfRegistration to 1.7.2 and CGUserDirectory to 1.3 During upgrade FrontEndUsers has thrown in all kinds of warnings that I could not understand. I am VERY new at this!!

Since the upgrade I cannot access menu on the left. I can go to home page and access links from there though.
Also I lost totally access to SelfRegistration module. It does not show up in Users & Groups.

Please help!!!

Please read this, not knowing what steps you took to do this upgrade it makes it very hard to help...
