No image menu bar

No image menu bar

Hi, I'm a complete newbie and I've just started playing with CMS Made Simple. However I am unable to insert an image into my content as there is no button to do so; I only have a basic text formatting menu bar but little else. I can see my images in the file manager and the image manager but I have no physical way of inserting them into the content. Please advise.
