Help With Modules Installation Plesase

Post by Stephq1001 »

Hi, I was looking for a little help when it comes to installing modules, it is not giving me the option to upload modules. Or it is and I just don't know how to do it.

I have provided a screen-shot if someone could talk me through I would appreciate it, need to install the site map module.

Besides... you actually got an answer on a previous post: Module Install Help...

I posted it twice as I did realise that the comments had to be submitted for approval.

I will request that one is removed.

Just as a reminder...

You will need to contact your system administrator to see about getting the proper permission(s).

BTW: did you install CMSMS yourself?

No it was the web design company that installed it, but I am now responsible for the site. I am new to CMSMS and web design in general. Working my way through courses on HTML, CSS, Java etc. Hoping that my posts will be a little more coherent and up to spec within the near future.

Ok. What calguy1000 said applies. You need to retrieve all your website data from the web design company that installed it, otherwise you won't be able to do anything. Your permission level is too low, so you can't see most of the functions needed to administer your site.
