TinyMCE Problems after upgrade - Solved

Post by Joesurf »

Once upon a time not long ago, CMS loaded with TinyMCE as the default text editor. The css class styles were available in the editors styles drop down and the formatting of <h> tags and links were visible in the editor.

When CMS moved to loading the Micro Tiny editor as a default these features for TinyMCE went away. Does anyone know how to restore these for TinyMCE once it is installed and selected in the users preferences?

TinyMCE 2.9.6 no longer has active styles from my CSS or displays fonts with proper Formatting such as <h1> after upgrading to CMS Made Simple™ 1.11.2

Upgrading to the latest TinyMCE 2.9.11 Did not resolves these issues.

My clients need to be able to see their styles available and have a visual when applied.

Any help is appreciated.

In 1.10.3 I use tiny 2.9.5 or 6, above that I use 2.9.11 and have never had a problem, had to clear cache etc. but that is with most module installation lately, did you check the folder permissions mine have to be 755...

I changed my Modules permissions to 755 and then cleared the cache which took care of it.

Thank you so much!
